Eileen is the Director of The Hope Fertility and Adoption Law Firm, P.A. She knows dealing with infertility can be one of the most difficult journeys people face in life. The medical issues can be frightening and confusing. So can the legal issues. Eileen lived her own personal fertility journey. The experience taught her that professionalism and compassion are essential to representing clients that are dealing with infertility. Now blessed with two children, she is committed to assisting those that need help navigating adoption and reproductive medical technology issues. Eileen received her BA from the University of Colorado and her law degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
Candice Critchfield is a former genealogical librarian who has spent close to 20 years working in the field of adoption. She is also an adoptee and supporter of adoptions done properly. She acts in a consultant capacity for adoptive and birth parents and works with adoption attorneys in managing adoption cases. Candice is currently in the process of opening her own adoption agency here locally, in order to be able to more closely work with birthmothers and adoptive families and other adoption professionals in the creation of families. Adoption is Awesome is a licensed business in Florida and it’s main goal is the positive promotion of proper adoption.
Amy is the Executive Director of Connecting Hearts Adoption Services and has worked in the adoption field for over 15 years. She has been honored to be a small part of more than 750 adoption journeys. She has time and time again seen how powerful and amazing adoption can be. To Amy, it is an honor to be a small part in this intimate time in the life of a family. Being a part of people’s desire to become parents and seeing dreams come true is the gift Amy’s clients give to her.
Dr. McNichol is the Director of the Fertility Center of Orlando. He is credentialed board certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist with more than 15 years experience in full-time fertility practice. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. McNichol then served on the teaching faculty at Loma Linda University while completing research in perinatal biology. Dr. McNichol completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility the University of Texas Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. McNichol previously served as medical director of the internationally renowned Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine – Central Illinois. He is board certified in reproductive endocrinology and OB/ GYN. In his free time, Dr. McNichol spends time with his wife of 20 years, Diedra, and is actively involved in home schooling their four children.
Nicole Ward Moore manages and operates the Heart of Adoptions Orlando office and has been practicing with the firm since opening the Orlando office in 2005. Nicole practices exclusively in the area of adoption and surrogacy law throughout the State of Florida and in conjunction with out-of-state placements. Nicole also represents adoptive parents in adoption finalizations and represents several adoption agencies in private adoption placements. Nicole is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, the Florida Adoption Council, the Hillsborough County Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar.
Nicole handles domestic adoptions, DCF Interventions, relative adoptions, stepparent adoptions, adult adoptions and recertification of foreign adoptions. Nicole often speaks publicly on the subject of adoption and appeared on the O’Reilly Factor in 2007. In 2008, Nicole accepted an adjunct professorship teaching adoption law at Barry Law School in Orlando, Florida.
Nicole graduated with high honors from the University of Florida in 2001 with a B.S. degree in Journalism and Communications. Nicole then received her J.D. degree in 2004 from the University of Florida, College of Law, where she graduated with honors. Prior to opening the Orlando office, Nicole worked for the Department of Children and Families as a Juvenile Dependency Attorney, prosecuting parents that abused and neglected their children.
Sijo J. Parekattil, M.D., is the Director of Winter Haven Hospital Urology and Robotics, and specializes in the treatment of male infertility and groin pain. Dr. Parekattil is a board certified urologic surgeon with dual fellowship training in advanced laparoscopy/robotics and microsurgery for male infertility from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland. He was an Electrical Engineer (University of Michigan) prior to his medical training (New York Medical College).
Dr. Parekattil continues to practice and teach at the University of Florida, Gainesville, Department of Urology. He is the Co-Director of Robotic Surgery, Director, Male Infertility & Microsurgery, Assistant Professor of Urology and Adjunct Professor of Bio-Engineering.
He strives to perform procedures combining robotic (da Vinci Robot) surgery, laparoscopy and microsurgery for the treatment of male infertility and groin or testicular pain. He has been awarded numerous awards including two consecutive annual innovator awards from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Parekattil lives in Florida with his wife and two children. He was an infertility patient himself and conceived with the assistance of fertility treatment. This has spurred his passion in helping men with infertility issues.
Dr. Patel is a physician with the Center for Reproductive Medicine with more than 10 years of experience in reproductive medicine. She most recently served as the co-director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division at Ohio State University’s College of Medicine.
Raised in Clearwater, Florida, Dr. Patel received her undergraduate and doctor of medicine degrees from the University of Miami. She then completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, followed by a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Patel serves as the Medical Director for Reproductive Medicine at Celebration Hospital.
Dually board certified in reproductive endocrinology and obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Patel is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). Dr. Patel is also actively involved with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine through the Patient Education Committee and the Society for Reproductive Surgeons. Dr. Patel is on faculty at the University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine.
Dr. Patel’s chief medical interests include general infertility, fertility preservation and robotic reproductive surgery for conditions such as fibroid removals and tubal reversals.
Dr. Frank C. Riggall is on staff at the Center of Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Riggall came toOrlandofrom the University of Florida, where he was the director of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. He is an accomplished robotic surgeon providing minimal invasive surgery in addition to a wide range of treatments for reproductive and gynecologic disorders, including endometriosis, fibroids and reversal of sterilization.
Ms. Siegel is the Senior Case Manager for The Donor Source, Southeast Region, and has over 20 years of experience working as a clinical fertility nurse in both academic and private fertility clinic settings. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Boston University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Rush University in Chicago. She holds special certification in the area of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing. Her experience in working exclusively within the realm of third party reproduction during the past 18 years of her clinical career has enabled her to develop a special appreciation and understanding of the support and resources needed by intended parents during their journey towards parenthood.
Ms. Stockham has been practicing law in Florida since 1982. Her practice, the Law Offices of Susan Stockham, PA, is limited to adoption and surrogacy. In her 30 years of practice she has assisted over 2,000 couples in domestic, independent and agency adoptions, and international adoptions. Ms. Stockham is a Florida Bar Board Certified Adoption Law Attorney and a member of the prestigious American Academies of Adoption Attorneys and Assisted Reproductive Law Attorneys. In addition to adoptions, Ms. Stockham represents gestational carriers, surrogates and intended parents in building families.
She is a recipient the of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute’s 2004 Angel in Adoption Award; Lifetime Achievement Award from The Florida Adoption Council, and a Fellow, past Board member, Vice President of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, past board member, Fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and has served on many state and national committees on adoption and assisted reproductive technology issues. Ms. Stockham serves on the Florida Bar Adoption Law Board Certification Committee.
Ms. Stockham assisted in drafting Florida’s adoption and surrogacy legislation and filed amicus briefs to change the Florida Scarlet Letter Law and provide notice to named known locatable putative fathers in an adoption action.
Her interests in adoption go beyond her professional work, as she is the adoptive mother of two handsome and happy grown sons and known as a Mom to many others who have become a part of her family, including a beautiful granddaughter!

She knows financial concerns can be an issue for patients requiring fertility treatment. Lorri is an expert with the details of medical and fertility insurance, and helps provide patients with the most up-to-date coverage information to help them maximize their benefits.
Dr. Trolice is the Director of Fertility C.A.R.E. (Center of Assisted Reproduction & Endocrinology) as well as Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) at the University of Florida in Gainesville and the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is past President of the Florida Society of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) and Central Florida OB/GYN Society.
Dr. Trolice is double Board-certified in REI and OB/GYN while maintaining annual recertification in these specialties and has been awarded the American Medical Association’s “Physicians’ Recognition Award” annually. In May 2005, Dr. Trolice was inducted into the prestigious American College of Endocrinology adding to his unique distinction of also being a fellow in the American College of OB/GYN and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Trolice has authored research studies with publications in many leading medical journals and a textbook. He has lectured at numerous physician conferences and patient seminars around the country. In addition to participating regularly on numerous TV news/talk shows, radio, webcasts and newspapers for ‘expert’ interviews on reproductive health topics, Dr. Trolice is on the Editorial Boards of The Female Patient and OBG Management, and the Medical Advisory Council of The American Fertility Association. Having written the Foreword to “I am More Than My Fertility,” he is currently writing “A Family Dream – Finding Your Place in Fertility.”
Mary is the Executive Director of American Adoptions Florida region. She has worked in Social Services over the past 12 years and has her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology. As an adoptive parent of two daughters, she has come to understand the blessing that adoption provides not only to a child, but to an entire family and community and feels she has found her true calling working in the field of adoption. It continues to be a pleasure for her to work with birth parents and admire their strength as they make adoptive plans for their child, as well as watch the miracle of new families created when uniting a child with an adoptive family.
